may opt for a 2 year (Associate’s degree) or 4
year (Bachelor’s degree) program in ultrasonography
in order to gain the skills you need for your new career.
Associate’s degrees are the most common. Some

your course, you can register with the American Registry
of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS). This registry
